Why the case studies are anonymised
Each case is an anonymised composite based on several real engagements. Firm names, partner names and financial figures are withheld under NDA. The metrics — NPS, retention, pipeline — are real, aggregated from two or three similar programmes run between 2023 and 2025. Under NDA we can show the original documents to a finance team or a procurement committee on request.
