Naples and Capri put a corporate offsite in the heart of the Bay of Naples, sailing from a vibrant working city to the iconic cliffs of Capri with Vesuvius as the backdrop. Our base is Marina di Stabia, 40 minutes from Naples NAP airport — one of the largest marinas in the region with more than 900 berths, built on the site of an ancient Roman port.
The sailing area is wider than Capri alone. It takes in the Phlegraean Islands of Ischia and Procida — the latter named Italy's Capital of Culture for 2022 — with their thermal bays, pastel harbours and a quieter rhythm than the famous coast. The season runs from April to October, one of the longest in our Italian portfolio.
The route's climax is Capri and its Faraglioni — three rock formations off the south-eastern coast. A corporate programme calls there for a tour of the rocks and the Blue Grotto by day, returning to the yachts by tender. The mix of an authentic city, volcanic islands and a world-famous backdrop makes this a strong setting for team building, strategy offsites and client events.

The gastronomy of the Bay of Naples is among the most authentic in Italy. We work with seafront restaurants in Stabia and the Sorrento peninsula, the Michelin kitchens of the coast, and private dinners on the yachts with a Neapolitan chef. On Capri there is the option of an exclusive lunch at a clifftop restaurant, while Procida offers small family-run trattorias rarely on the standard tourist circuit.
Logistics in the Bay of Naples calls for planning around the August peak. NAP airport is well connected with direct flights from across Europe, and the 40-minute transfer to Marina di Stabia avoids the congestion of the Amalfi Drive. For larger groups we split day calls so tenders do not crowd the harbours of Capri and Procida at the same time.

Why is the base Marina di Stabia rather than Capri?
Capri's Marina Grande has limited capacity and is rarely available for flotillas. Marina di Stabia is a full commercial marina with more than 900 berths, 40 minutes from Naples NAP airport, from which we run day calls to Capri, Ischia and Procida.
Can we stop on Capri?
At anchor, yes. The standard scenario is a day call with a tour of the Faraglioni and the Blue Grotto and lunch ashore, returning to the yachts by tender. An overnight berth on Capri is possible only with a booking well in advance.
How much does a programme in Naples and Capri cost?
From €450 to €750 per person per night. It includes the yacht, crew, marina fees at Marina di Stabia, basic catering and insurance. Excursion licences for Capri and premium catering are separate line items.
When is the best time?
April to October, with the peak in July and August. May, June and September give the best balance of weather, prices and availability. In August some providers close for Ferragosto, so we plan those programmes six months ahead.
What is the language of service?
English at level 4 of 5 with skippers and marina officers. Italian is native. Among the restaurants of Capri and Sorrento the level is high; in the smaller villages it is more uneven. Russian-speaking support is arranged on request.
