Corporate Yacht Charter for 50 People
Fifty people is the scale where every employee still feels part of the story rather than one of a hundred in the background. Five identical yachts of ten guests each, a race officer on a rib, a hostess team ashore — enough to run a full corporate regatta with a fair scoring system.
The logistics of an offsite for 50
We split a group of fifty into five crews of ten. That is the sweet spot for a regatta: enough boats for an interesting competitive dynamic, yet few enough that each race can be reviewed over a shared dinner. Beyond the five skippers on the boats, a race officer works the water from a rib (recording starts and finishes, watching safety), while ashore there is a transfer coordinator, a hostess for registration and an event manager for the awards ceremony.
The five-day programme
Day one is arrival, marina registration, the welcome dinner and skipper briefings. Day two is a short four-to-five-hour leg, a daytime practice race, a tactics debrief and dinner at a chosen venue. Day three is a longer six-to-seven-hour passage with team activities aboard and an evening dinner that includes group work. Day four is the final regatta day (two races, morning and afternoon) and the evening awards with the MVS / Best Spirit / Comeback prizes. Day five is a light breakfast and the return transfer. Facilitated sessions of 60-90 minutes sit between the legs.
The budget for a corporate offsite for 50
The lean tariff (3 days, entry-fleet Bavaria/Jeanneau monohulls, basic catering) is €1,600-€1,900 per person. The signature tariff (4 days, premium monohulls, two restaurant dinners, a facilitator) is €2,000-€2,400. The premium tariff (5 days, a mix of luxury catamarans and premium monohulls, a chef on the flagship, a photographer) is €2,700-€3,000. Prices are per person for the whole trip. Every tariff already accounts for five crewed yachts, the race officer, the hostess team, marina fees and insurance. The final estimate is produced in the calculator on the pricing page.
Where we take groups of 50
Split is the favourite for five-yacht regattas: the Kaštela marina holds the whole flotilla on one pier, the legs are short, and there are ten routes within a day's sail. Palma de Mallorca is the Spanish alternative with a wide choice of restaurants and a solid wind record. Cannes and Nice are premium destinations for client events focused on prestige. Athens and the Saronic archipelago suit the summer season. Each destination comes with ready routes and vetted restaurant partners.
