The Costa Brava offers a corporate offsite among the rugged coves, hidden beaches and protected marine reserves of Spain's celebrated "Wild Coast". Our base is Marina Palamós, reached from Girona GRO airport in around 40 minutes — a calm, well-equipped harbour in a designated seafaring town.
The route includes the Medes Islands, a strictly protected marine reserve renowned for its biodiversity and clear waters. The coastline's character is in its calas — secluded coves such as Cala Estreta and Cala el Golfet, many of them reachable only by sea, which makes a yacht the natural way to experience the coast.
Palamós is a designated Vila Marinera, a seafaring town famous for its prized Gambas de Palamós prawns. The season runs from May to September, and a baseline range of €375 to €600 per person per night makes the Costa Brava one of the most accessible locations in our portfolio.
Three facts our routes are built on. Every data point is verified and drawn from our validated destinations dataset.

Of the six formats our portal supports, Costa Brava (Palamós) offers:
The gastronomy of the Costa Brava is built on Catalan seafood — above all the celebrated Gambas de Palamós — and the wines of the Empordà. For corporate groups we arrange private dinners on the yachts, lunches in the seafront restaurants of Palamós and tastings at Empordà wineries.
The Costa Brava's appeal is its quieter, more natural character compared with the busier Mediterranean hubs. The protected Medes Islands, the hidden coves and the wooded cliffs give a calm, scenic setting for team building, incentives and client events — at an accessible price and with the easy logistics of Girona airport.

Marina Palamós is calm and well-run, and the price made the Costa Brava the easiest incentive to approve. The Gambas de Palamós dinner was a highlight.
