How Much a Corporate Regatta Costs

A corporate regatta runs from €1,500 to €3,500 per person for the whole trip, depending on the tariff, the length and the destination. The price is built on the same formula our calculator uses: the destination's base rate, multiplied by the format multiplier, the tariff multiplier, the number of days and the number of people. Below is a precise breakdown of the Lean / Signature / Premium tariffs, what each one includes, and the add-ons charged per person per day.

The three regatta tariffs — Lean, Signature, Premium

Our standard regatta packages split into three tariffs. Lean is €1,500-€1,800 per person for a three-day programme: 41-46 ft monohulls, a licensed skipper on each yacht, basic catering (breakfasts aboard plus lunches on the water), marina fees and operator insurance. It suits a group of 20-50 in the low season in Croatia or Greece. Signature is €1,800-€2,800 per person over four days: premium monohulls with crew, a facilitator, two restaurant dinners ashore and elevated catering. It is the working standard for a serious corporate regatta. Premium is €2,800-€3,500 per person over five days: a mix of luxury catamarans and premium monohulls, a chef on the flagship, a hostess on every yacht, a photographer and a videographer. The premium segment is for client regattas and C-level incentives.

The per-person cost by group size

The per-person price falls as the group grows — the fixed costs (marina capacity, the race officer, the shore event team, insurance, coordination) are spread across a larger base. For a group of 20 on two yachts on the Signature tariff it is €2,200-€2,400 per person. For a group of 50 on five yachts on the same tariff it is €1,900-€2,100. For a group of 120 on twelve yachts it is €1,800-€2,000. The minimum economically sensible scale is 20 people (two yachts): smaller groups make the economics less efficient and push the trip towards a private charter. For a C-level group of 8-12 the Premium tariff on a single luxury catamaran usually works best.

What the corporate regatta cost includes

Every tariff includes: crewed yachts with licensed skippers, fuel, marina fees, end-cleaning, the transit log, basic catering (breakfast plus lunch), €3M operator insurance, traveller insurance for participants, 24/7 shore coordination during the trip, and an onboarding pack (a welcome guide, the route, the dress code). Signature and Premium add a facilitator for the 60-90 minute sessions between legs, restaurant dinners (two or three depending on the length), a race officer on a rib, and an awards ceremony with photo or video coverage. Not included: flights, hotels before or after the trip, visas, and personal spending. Each of these is quoted as a separate line in the estimate.

How we cost a regatta for your group

The exact estimate is built from six parameters: the number of people, the number of days, the destination's base rate (see the pricing page — a table of five flagship cities), the format multiplier (a regatta is ×1.20), the tariff multiplier (Lean ×0.75, Signature ×1.00, Premium ×1.35), and add-ons (a hostess at +€35/pp/day, a photographer at +€60, premium catering at +€90, transfers at +€80, an evening programme at +€70). The calculator runs this in 30 seconds and sends the result as a PDF. If you want a line-by-line breakdown, leave a brief and we will come back with a 4-8 page estimate within 24 hours. The breakdown is delivered in Excel in EUR — the standard for sign-off with a CFO.
