Corporate Yacht Charter — Price

A corporate yacht charter runs from €1,400 per person for the whole trip on the lean tariff to €3,500 on the premium option. The formula is transparent: the destination's base rate, multiplied by the format multiplier, the tariff multiplier, the number of days and the number of people. No hidden charges — the charter, the crew, marina fees, basic catering and insurance are all in the entry price. Below is a detailed breakdown of the tariffs, how the price shifts with group size, and the add-ons charged per person per day.

What the corporate yacht charter price includes

The per-person price for the whole trip already includes the yacht with a licensed skipper, fuel, marina fees, end-cleaning, the transit log and basic catering (breakfasts aboard plus lunches on the water). €3M operator liability cover and traveller insurance for participants are included too. Ashore, there is an onboarding pack with a welcome guide, the route and a dress code for every participant, plus 24/7 event-team coordination during the trip. The Signature and Premium tariffs add a facilitator for the sessions between legs, two or three restaurant dinners ashore, a race officer on a rib, and an awards ceremony. Flights, hotels before and after the trip, personal spending and visas are quoted as separate lines — not hidden charges, but the traditionally separate budget items of any corporate offsite abroad.

The three tariffs and the per-person price

Lean is €1,400-€1,800 per person for a three-day programme: a basic 41-46 ft monohull, a licensed skipper, basic catering, marina fees and insurance. It suits a group of 20-50 in the low season (April, May, October) in Croatia or Greece. Signature is €1,800-€2,800 per person over four days: a premium monohull with crew, a facilitator for the 90-minute sessions, two restaurant dinners and elevated catering — the standard pack for a serious corporate offsite. Premium is €2,800-€3,500 per person over five days: a 46-50 ft luxury catamaran, an onboard chef, a hostess on every boat, a photographer and premium catering at every meal — for the C-suite, incentives and client events. The multipliers against the base rate are Lean ×0.75, Signature ×1.00, Premium ×1.35.

How group size and destination move the price

The per-person price falls as the group grows — the fixed costs are spread across a larger base. For a group of 20 on two yachts on Signature it is €2,200-€2,400 per person; for 50 on five yachts it is €1,900-€2,100; for 120 on twelve yachts it is €1,800-€2,000. The destination matters too: Croatia and Greece have the most accessible base rates (€350-€450 per person per night); Italy and Spain (Sardinia, Mallorca) run €450-€600; Cannes and the French Riviera run €550-€800. The season adds a further plus or minus 15-25%: the low season (April, May, October) sits at the lower bound, the high season (July, August) at the upper. The exact price for your group, allowing for destination and season, sits in the calculator and takes 30 seconds.

How we issue the final invoice

Once the brief is agreed, we prepare a commercial proposal in EUR with a line-by-line breakdown: yacht charter, crew, catering, marina, insurance, coordination. Payment terms: 30% on signing the contract (which blocks the yachts and the marina), 40% sixty days before the trip, 30% fourteen days before. Returning clients and large corporations can use a 20/40/40 split. Refunds: for a cancellation 90 or more days out, 100% less a €500 ops fee; 60-90 days, 50%; 30-60 days, 25%; closer than that, 0% (covered through participant traveller insurance). The contract is always in EUR — the standard of the European charter market. We accept payment from a company account in EUR, in USD at the ECB rate on the invoice date, or by corporate Visa/Mastercard. The final estimate arrives within 24 hours of the brief.
